Mix meats, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and garlic in a large bowl.
Start mixing this with your hand, add milk and mix well, add enough warm water to make a semi-soft mixture.You want the meatballs to hold their shape. If you think it's too soft, add a little more breadcrumbs.
Using the cheap disposable foil pans, About the size of large cake pan, cover the bottom with 1-1.2 cups store-bought sauce
With a small bowl of cold water at hand, start shaping meatballs. I would guess about 1/3 cup or use an ice cream scoop.(dip your fingers in the cold water and shape the meatballs)
Make them whatever size you want. (Just think, you won't have to make them for a long time). Cover pan and place in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes, turn and bake 20 minutes longer.
